  • Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address and any details or photos you send about your roof when you fill in our quote form, call, email or message us.
  • Job information: details of the work we quote for or carry out, photos of your roof taken during inspections, quotes, invoices and payment records.

We use your information to:

  • reply to your enquiry and arrange a roof inspection or visit
  • prepare and send quotes
  • carry out, manage and guarantee the work
  • send invoices and keep financial records

  • Google reviews: our reviews are displayed from Google. Viewing them may let Google collect data about your visit.

  • Contact form: messages you send through our quote form are stored securely on our website and emailed to us.

07How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not go ahead: up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Customer and job records: 6 years after the work is completed, as required for tax purposes, or longer where needed for a guarantee period.

  • ask us to correct anything that is wrong
  • ask us to delete your information, where we do not need to keep it by law
